2) BIM Execution Plan from Project Manager Point of View

Synopsis:                                                                                                                                                        BIM Execution Plan is an important document for all stake holders of the project, including project managers.  BEP document describe the processes and procedures required to achieve BIM objectives that ultimately allow the accomplishment of project objectives.  Although the project manager will not normally be involved in model creation, he/she will be responsible to ensure that all the key BIM components & the BIM information required to achieve a successful BIM project are in place.  BEP will capture activities, deliverables and schedule for such deliverables at every stage of the project from inception to completion including the handover stage.
